PART 1: IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR END-USERS (CONSUMERS)

1. End-User Policy
Pyrodance is a professional fireworks manufacturer and supplier based in China. We supply products to importers and distributors worldwide and do not sell products directly to end-users (consumers) or handle returns/refunds directly from consumers.

  • Contact Your Seller: If you are an end-user who has purchased Pyrodance products from a local store, dealer, or website, please direct all inquiries regarding returns, refunds, or product quality directly to the distributor, importer, or retailer from whom you made your purchase. They are your direct point of contact and are responsible for after-sales service.

  • No Direct Returns Accepted: For safety reasons and compliance with international regulations, Pyrodance cannot accept any return requests directly from end-users. Any packages sent to our facility in China without prior authorization will be refused or destroyed.


PART 2: POLICY FOR IMPORTERS AND DISTRIBUTORS

This section applies exclusively to importers and distributors who have a direct business relationship with Pyrodance.

2. Important Safety Note on Returns
Fireworks are classified as dangerous goods (UN0336/1.4G or UN0335/1.3G) . Due to strict safety and international shipping regulations, Pyrodance cannot accept the physical return of any shipped products to our factory in China. All quality-related issues will be resolved through the claims process outlined below.

3. Quality Claim Process for Importers/Distributors
If you (as an importer or distributor) believe you have received products with manufacturing defects or discrepancies after delivery, please follow this procedure:

  • Claim Period: Any quality issues must be reported to Pyrodance in writing within 30 days of receiving the goods. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

  • Supporting Evidence: You must provide clear photographic or video evidence clearly demonstrating the defect and its nature. Claims without sufficient evidence cannot be processed.

  • Resolution: If a manufacturing defect attributable to Pyrodance is confirmed, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

    • Credit Note: A credit for the value of the defective products to be applied to your next order.

    • Replacement Products: Replacement of the defective items, which will be included with your next shipment.

  • Note: This commitment is limited to manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused during transit (which should be handled with the insurer and carrier) or damage resulting from improper storage or use by the customer.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • No Cancellation After Production Starts: Orders placed with Pyrodance are typically made-to-order. Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled and is non-refundable. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.

  • Emergency Requests: If you need to request a cancellation, you must notify us immediately in writing. Cancellation requests can only be considered if production has not yet commenced.

5. Shipment and Goods Acceptance Policy

  • No Refusal of Shipments: Once goods have been dispatched from our factory in China, the buyer (importer/distributor) must accept the shipment unconditionally. The risk of loss passes to the buyer once the goods have been shipped (e.g., passed the ship’s rail or equivalent delivery point).

  • Consequences of Refusal: If the buyer refuses to accept the shipment for any reason (including but not limited to market changes, customs issues, or their own sales difficulties), all costs incurred as a result of such refusal (including but not limited to freight charges, demurrage, storage fees, return shipping costs, or destruction fees) shall be borne solely by the buyer (importer/distributor). Pyrodance reserves the right to deduct these costs from any deposits or future order payments made by the buyer.

6. Non-Quality-Related Returns
Except for the confirmed quality defects outlined in Section 3 above, Pyrodance does not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, including but not limited to incorrect ordering, slow sales, or market price fluctuations.

7. Governing Law and Disputes
This policy shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this policy shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to The People’s Court of Liuyang City, Changsha City, Hunan Province, China for resolution.
